By accessing the Grand Innovations website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Grand Innovations provides construction, renovation, and home improvement services across Surrey and London. All projects are subject to separate, formalized contracts before commencement.

3. Payment Terms

We operate on a transparent pricing model. Standard terms include a 10% non-refundable deposit three weeks prior to start, a valuation one week prior, and weekly valuations thereafter based on completed works. Detailed schedules are outlined in individual project contracts.
