Weybridge High-Spec Full Renovation

A complete, down-to-the-studs architectural remodel of a grand detached home, featuring a bespoke floating steel staircase, smart home systems, and high-performance heating.

This project in Weybridge delivered a complete down-to-the-studs strip-out and structural redesign of a spacious double-fronted detached property. The client’s goal was to modernise the entire building's flow and technological profile. We removed several load-bearing masonry partitions to create an expansive, double-height entrance hall and open-plan family living hub. The architectural focal point is a bespoke cantilevered floating steel-and-oak staircase with a frameless glass balustrade. The entire house was outfitted with a modern smart home system (Control4) governing low-energy LED ambient strip lighting, multizone climate control, and advanced security. High-efficiency underfloor heating, premium porcelain tiling, and bespoke joinery were executed throughout.
